Our military job seekers possess experience unmatched by non-military applicants. They have demonstrated performance in high-stress situations, and are graduates of the nation’s military academies, top colleges, and leading technical schools.
Mission Success Corp. recognizes this which is why we have developed a Leadership Academy to assist Veterans as they prepare to enter the civilian work environment. The specialized courses include:

The Veteran’s Leadership Academy begins with each student completing a Leadership Assessment. It is important that each student understand where they are as they begin their leadership journey. Module 1 will define leadership and leadership styles and discuss leadership myths and the importance of leadership in the workplace.
Students will also take an Emotional Intelligence assessment and discuss the role Emotional Intelligence plays in every leader’s leadership journey. These topics are important for students to explore as every leader needs to achieve a deep understanding of self-awareness as it relates to leadership responsibilities and behaviors.

Effective communication is an important skill for every leader as it is a key ingredient to a positive and healthy organizational culture.
