Growth Path
Mission Success Corp. is a team of three individuals who strive to bring education and opportunity to Women, Veterans, and Aging-Out Foster Youth. Our intent is to connect individuals in these groups to the education and training needed to obtain the knowledge, license, or certificate required to set off on a new career. With new knowledge, skills, and confidence, these individuals can earn the income needed to be a self-sufficient adult in today’s world.
We are dedicated to developing unique opportunities for growth and knowledge, as well as ensuring students have the required funding through a variety of private and public grants. Our Grant Manager regularly looks for grant opportunities and manages each grant in-house, ensuring accuracy and industry compliance. Mission Success Corp. offers the training, support, and guidance each student needs to be confident and successful at crucial crossroads that often come as individuals grow personally and professionally.
Mission Success Corp. has thoughtfully developed a growth path for each of our target groups. The following is our suggested growth path for each group however, we are open and flexible to modifying a student’s growth path to meet the specific needs of the student.
Aging-Out Foster Youth
Mission Success Corp. has created a series of soft-skill courses that are designed to give each foster youth a solid foundation upon which to build their professional career. Each foster youth who completes all courses will receive a Certificate of Completion signed by Mission Success Corp. professional trainers. Foster youth students will be encouraged to include this Certificate of Completion when submitting resumes for future employment.

Women Facing Obstacles
The founders of Mission Success Corp. identified one of their focus groups as “Women facing Challenges.” Included in this group is any woman facing one or more challenges in her journey to self-sufficiency. Examples of challenges include women who experienced or are experiencing domestic violence, women who are single mothers, women who lack mentorship, women with limited skill sets, women experiencing behavioral health issues, just to name a few.

Veterans
Our military job seekers possess experience unmatched by non-military applicants. They have demonstrated performance in high-stress situations, and are graduates of the nation’s military academies, top colleges, and leading technical schools.
Mission Success Corp. recognizes this which is why we have developed a Leadership Academy to assist Veterans as they prepare to enter the civilian work environment.
