Grant Manager, Recruiter, Trainer 

Rick is the Chief Financial Officer for Mission Success Corp. as well the Grant Developer and Manager. Rick also recruits students for Mission Success Corp. programs. 

Rick was a Grant Manager for 15 years, serving a large law enforcement agency in Southern California. His role as a Grant Manager was to track grant budgets then submit claims in a timely manner. He purchased grant approved merchandise and tracked, paid, and archived invoices. He was responsible for timely and accurate grant claims and audits, successfully managing the High Intensity Drug Area (HIDA) grant, Marijuana Eradication Grants, and the Riverside Off-Road Vehicle Enforcement (ROVE) grants. 

Rick successfully managed a multi-million-dollar drug suppression law enforcement coalition centered in Los Angeles, CA. The grant was managed by a team in which Rick was a member. Rick reported to Washington D.C. quarterly and the grants were tracked through the US Grant tracking system. Rick’s team was rated an A+ during his tenure on the grant team. 

Rick’s focus for Mission Success Corp. is to acquire grants to facilitate students’ tuition for our training programs. Rick strives to identify and obtain a variety of grants so every student can participate in our training tuition free and have a solid foundation upon which to build their new careers.
