Dr. Kristina Zaragoza, Mission Success Corp. Secretary

Professional Development Consultant, SHRM - CP 

Dr. Zaragoza began her public service in the social services field, working in Adult and Child Protective Services before starting her career in law enforcement. After 28 years in public service, Dr. Zaragoza retired and started a training and development company to help public sector organizations across California fill the training gaps often experienced in the public sector. Dr. Zaragoza especially enjoys working with organizations to improve organizational culture, teamwork, leadership, followership, and overall strengthening the foundation of the organization. 

Dr. Zaragoza obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale; a Master of Science degree in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne; and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University. Additionally, Dr. Zaragoza is a Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Dr. Zaragoza’s current goal is to assist Mission Success Corp. clients in developing professional skills and a positive mindset. By achieving professional skills and a positive mindset, students will have a head start on their journey to a successful career and a life of self-sufficiency.
