Debbie is a driven, focused, motivated, and passionate human service professional. Debbie is also a Certified Maxwell DISC Trainer and Consultant, a Human Trafficking Awareness Facilitator with Opal Singleton ‘s Anti-Human Trafficking Task Force and is an expert in coaching and training. Debbie facilitates Leadership Development courses to public and private individuals at all levels of an organization. Debbie enjoys facilitating group trainings, seminars, retreats and workshops.

Debbie started her DMAC Building Emerging Leaders & Consulting, LLC in 2016, serving and developing mid-level leaders in the public and private sector. Debbie is also contracted through UC Davis to provide Leadership and Professional Development training to California public sector employees.

Debbie has a passion for serving the underserved population to ensure all people have the skillsets to become self-sufficient. This can be seen through Debbie’s 29 years of dedicated service with the Department of Public Social Service.Debbie’s current goal is to help individuals contribute to the community in which they reside.
